Please read carefully before booking or registering
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit. For music and piano lessons, the registration fee is considered a booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid on or before the recording date. For Music and Piano lessons, other payments are done before each lesson.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Recording Rights: All recordings remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for personal, church, or agreed promotional use.
Editing & Delivery: Basic editing and mastering are included in the agreed fee. Delivery of the final recording will be via email, WhatsApp, or shared drive within the agreed period.
Additional Charges: Extra editing, urgent delivery, or additional takes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra costs.
Confidentiality: Client materials and music will be treated with full confidentiality and not shared without written consent.
Liability: While every effort will be made to ensure smooth recording and data safety, the artist will not be held liable for loss due to technical failures beyond control.
Agreement: By ticking the box, both parties agree to the above terms.
